Long-distance caregiving

Far away,
still in the loop

When you live hours or states away, you can't be there for every call or every errand. Bruno gives your parent an assistant of their own, just a phone call away, and keeps you informed without hovering.

Help for them. Peace of mind for you.

Long-distance caregiving is mostly about the small things: a missed call from the pharmacy, a forgotten appointment, a stranger on the phone asking questions. Bruno helps with those, while your parent stays independent and in charge.

What Bruno does for them

Bruno is your parent's own assistant, reached by phone.

  • Picks up the calls they can't or would rather not take, always with their safety in mind
  • Calls back with reminders at the times they ask for
  • Remembers names, dates and details for them
  • Looks things up when they ask: weather, store hours, news, recipes
  • Speaks the language they're most comfortable in, from 100 to choose from

What you see

After every call Bruno answers for your parent, you get an email with a short summary and the full transcript: who called, what they wanted, and whether it needs a follow-up. Siblings can get the emails too, and the full call history is in your online portal.

  • A summary and transcript after every call Bruno answers
  • Send to one inbox or several
  • Searchable call history in your portal

What stays theirs

Bruno is your parent's assistant, not a monitoring tool. The calls they take themselves are theirs, and the calls they make to Bruno (to set reminders or ask questions) are private and are not emailed to you.

Questions

What people ask

Can I set it up from another state?
Yes. You handle the account, billing and settings from your own phone or computer. The one step on your parent's phone is a short carrier code, about 30 seconds, and you can walk them through it on a call. We give you the exact code for their carrier.
Will I hear about every call they get?
No. You get a summary of every call Bruno answers. The calls your parent answers themselves, and their own calls to Bruno, stay private.
Can my siblings get the call summaries too?
Yes. Summaries can go to one inbox or several, and you can change the recipients any time.
What if their doctor calls and they miss it?
Add their doctors and pharmacy to the trusted list. When one of them reaches Bruno, he checks the name and number and reconnects the call to your parent.
