# CallBruno

> CallBruno is an AI phone assistant named Bruno. It answers calls on a dedicated phone number (or calls forwarded from an existing number), screens and handles them by conversation, takes messages, books appointments on a connected calendar, and emails a transcript after every call. It works with any phone, landline or cell, and needs no app. CallBruno is made by Practical Mind Labs LLC.

There are three editions: Family Protection for seniors, Professional for individuals, and Business for small businesses. Every edition starts with a free 7-day trial.

Bruno takes the calls they can't or don't want to answer, recognizes and handles scam calls, remembers things and gives reminders, looks up information by voice, and reconnects trusted callers after verifying their name and number.
- [Professional](https://callbruno.ai/professional.html): $99/month, 300 minutes included, $0.38 per minute after. Personal call screening: you set the rules, VIP callers are put straight through, everyone else gets a real conversation and a message, and Bruno can book, reschedule and cancel appointments on your calendar.
- [Business](https://callbruno.ai/business.html): $299/month, 1,000 minutes included, $0.35 per minute after. An AI receptionist that answers every call, answers questions from the business information you provide, books appointments in real time, and logs every call with a recording and transcript.

## How it works

1. Sign up at https://callbruno.ai/portal/ and choose an edition.
2. Get a dedicated CallBruno phone number, or forward an existing number to it.
3. Tell Bruno about yourself or your business, who your trusted or VIP callers are, and how to handle the rest.
4. Bruno answers calls, and you get an email summary and transcript after each one, plus a call history in your account.

## Trial and billing

- 7-day free trial. A card is collected at signup but not charged until day 8; cancel in the first 7 days and you pay nothing.
- Family Protection: if it isn't right for your family in the first 60 days, the money is refunded.
- Monthly billing; cancel anytime.

## Limits

- Bruno is an AI assistant, not a person, and it does not provide emergency services.
- Call forwarding from a traditional landline may need the carrier's paid forwarding feature.
- Calls Bruno answers are recorded and transcribed; recordings and transcripts are available only in the account holder's portal.
- Bruno speaks more than 30 languages.
- US phone numbers.
